Does Spartan process a credit check?
Spartan Structures RTO does not process a credit check. However, on occassion report terminated leases with deficiency balances to credit bureaus.

How do I make my payments?
Payments are made to Spartan Structures monthly. Spartan offers four easy payment options: Phone, 24/7 Online Access, Auto Pay, or Mail.

How much will my down payment be?
Your down payment will vary depending on the building and the terms of your contract. You down payment will consist of your 1st month's rent and a small security deposit prior to delivery.

Is delivery included in my building?
Delievery of your building is included with purchase.

Can I live in my building?
Our Rent-To-Own program is for storage only. Unfortunately, a person may not make any alterations to the building that would allow them to live in the building.

When do my payments begin?
Your payments will be due the 1st of the month starting after your building is delivered.

What if I cant pay for my storage building?
If a situation arise that you can not pay for your storage building, please terminate your contract 30 days written notice to the company and we will schedule a date and time to pick up your storage building.
Can I pay off my building early?
Customers are more than welcome to pay off their building early without pentaly. Spartan will discount your rental fees to get you full ownership of your building.
